I know Kimberly is well looked after by brian house staff and she is very happy there.
Suggested improvements
Staff normally sent photographs to mum when the patient is at Brian house, they did not on her last visit./nPlease send photograph in future.

I know my little boy is in very safe caring hands when he is at Brian House. The staff are wonderful and Archie is very happy when there.
